Decision Decisions

Ok, so things are going well. I've lost 7lbs altogether so far. That's in three weeks. For me it feels slow but I'm trying to focus on the fact I've lost a shed load of weight before and it's ultimately crept back on.

As this journey is about a lifestyle change, fitness and muscle building, I'm having to re-educate myself into thinking differently. Which means not just thinking about how quick the scales are going down.

Anyway, today I've filled my day food shopping - and I'll be honest, it DOES cost a fortune to eat well. I've never spent so much on food shopping as I have this past month. That said, the reality is I've probably still spent less as I've not eaten out as much. Worth thinking about if you're in a similar boat.

I've spent the rest of my time shopping for new gym gear - Adidas and Nike Style. Purchased a pair of Boost trainers for my evening and lunch time runs. Purchased several tops for the gym and at home training. Happy times.

I've also baked some savoury muffins (recipe coming up shortly) and then ummed and ahhhed about what I'm cooking for the rest of the week. I'm pretty obsessed but hopeful it will get me results!

I'm still sore from the exercise! And I'm still confused about what I should be eating in terms of calories and macronutrients - I'm learning though... I think.
